Boone & Davis prepares its clients for their deposition. Most firms limit their preparation of the witness to a meeting in the lawyer’s office. At that time, the witness is barraged with many rules, suggestions and advice as to the “dos and don’ts” of a deposition. Appreciating the overwhelming amount of information as well as the pressure of time, Boone & Davis has prepared a professional video that provides the basic rules, suggestions and advice for depositions. Each client receives the video once the deposition is scheduled. This video provides the client the opportunity to sit in the comfort of his home and view the video as often as needed. There is no doubt that between the video and in-office conferences, the client will be well prepared for his deposition, which increases his chance of obtaining a higher settlement offer.
Courtroom Presence:
